C2R2 is a pan-Canadian coalition of colleges, cégeps, and polytechnics dedicated to bridging the skills gap for a resilient recovery. Our members have the expertise and agility to deliver impactful training programs and applied research that support energy security and sustainability.

Canadian Colleges for a Resilient Recovery (C2R2) is committed to building a resilient, inclusive Canadian economy by expanding access to cutting-edge training, applied research, and demonstration projects that engage the workforce, support industry, and accelerate innovation.
With members and engaged institutions spanning almost every region of Canada, C2R2 operates from coast to coast to coast. Our network ensures a national reach with local impact, fostering connections between postsecondary institutions, industry partners, and communities to drive workforce development and economic growth.
