In 2022, Student Energy launched the Energy Transition Skills Project, in partnership with Orsted, to learn what young people are looking for in a job and what barriers they face to employment in the energy transition. This newly launched report shares valuable insights and recommendations for both youth and energy actors on how they can better support youth skills development and employment in the energy transition.
